Mô tả công việc

Will be discuss during the interview meeting:

Work closely with the Sales & Revenue Department
Achieve all individual Hotel Food & Beverage sales targets
Ensure that all incoming requests are addressed within 24 hours in order to avoid customer complaints and loss of business
Update the hotels on the negotiation / progress of every event and use the technology available for communication and client correspondences.

• Provide feedback to the Director of Food & Beverage on changing market conditions, review direct competition and conduct regular research to identify new selling strategies

• Participate in any Training and Development programs as recommended by the senior management

• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment

Yêu cầu công việc

- Local candidate with excellent English communication (both written and oral communication)

-Specialist Degree, at least bachelor’s degree in marketing, hotel management or business administration or equivalen

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tasks and Project Management

-Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.-

- Have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonaL skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtes

-Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
