Mô tả công việc

-Manage and maintain the hotel's presence on various e-commerce platforms, OTAs, and other online channels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including room rates, availability, promotions, etc.

-Monitor and analyze the performance of online channels, including traffic, click thru rates, conversion rates, and revenue, to identify trends and areas for improvement

-Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management departments to develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies for online channels

-Handle guest inquiries and reservations through online channels, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Outstanding English oral and written

-Proven experience in e-commerce, OTA management, or digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. Great communication skills

-Understanding of online marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies is a plus.

-Proficient in using e-commerce and OTA platforms, as well as various digital marketing tool

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
