Graphic Designer (VietNamese)

- Works directly with leaders in both departments of Sales, and Food & Beverage to provide consistency and professional customer facing designs.

- Adheres to established procedures for creating, submitting and uploading design files and adherence to established brand guidelines. Maintains strict filing procedures for image and/or file resources.

- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and organizationally savvy with a keen focus on details. Associate must be able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines required by leadership.

- Must be capable of being able to convert designs to formats needed for digital advertising, social media channel uploads and printing per vendor specifications.

- Gain knowledge of hotel's food and beverage products, pricing and presentation, and learn about the hotel's function space, audio visual, guest rooms and any other details related hotel attributes to ensure that design work created meets the parameters of the hotel facility and the offerings provided.

- Carry out any reasonable requests made by Management, and seek to comply with company's policies and procedures.

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop). 

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
