Chef de Parties - Bakery/ Tổ trưởng Bếp - Bếp bánh mì

The Chef de Partie – Bakery is responsible for producing high‑quality bakery items while delivering exceptional service standards to guests and internal customers. The role supports the Sous Chef in ensuring culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company and hotel standards.

• Provide consistently high‑quality bakery products in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, and quality requirements.
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to production specifications.
• Assist in quality control of bakery items and support buffet setup and presentation when required.
• Ensure proper food storage in designated areas, following HACCP and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils at all times.
• Segregate waste correctly and ensure timely removal in accordance with hygiene regulations.
• Comply strictly with hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety.
• Work closely with other culinary and service associates in a supportive and flexible manner to ensure overall kitchen efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed to support daily operations.
• Assist the Sous Chef in ensuring all bakery operations comply with company and hotel policies, procedures, and minimum culinary standards.

• Receive full training from Hyatt (Hotel orientation, Leadership development, E-learning, workshop…).

• Minimum 2 years work experience as a preferably with experience in a luxury international brands.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Great English skills.
