Mô tả công việc

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answering telephone and responding to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
  • Answering client/ bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation,
  • rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.)
  • Serving as the point of contact for clients, communicating with them by phone, and emailing to
  • respond to questions and requests.
  • Generating reports, preparing proposals, collecting details, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
  • Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts,
  • banquet event orders, Company volume guaranteed rate Letter).
  • Gathering materials and assembling information packages (e.g. brochures, promotional
  • materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, souvenir, etc.).
  • Generating group and/or corporating leads through internet prospecting, networking, and
  • telemarketing.
  • Managing and maintaining Sales Manager’s working schedules, appointments, and travel
  • arrangements.
  • Assisting sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating
  • relevant information.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings, events, and any appointments.
  • Recording, transcribing, and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Interacting with the client in regards to leads, hotel needs, and client travel.
  • Meeting with clients in the absence of the Sales Managers to effectively and professionally
  • convey details of the sale to the client.
  • Performing hotel site tours with potential clients.
  • Monitoring, screening, responding to, and distributing incoming communications.
  • Managing customer databases: designing, uploading, extracting and maintaining them.
  • Creating and managing Company and Travel Agent profiles on the property management
  • system.
  • Loading and managing rate codes to the Hotel Software, and linking the negotiated rates to the
  • correct company profiles.
  • Printing Daily Sales reports for Sales Manager.
  • Making files, retrieving documents, and reference materials.
  • Conducting research and collecting data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Utilizing efficient sales strategy for the maximization of hotel revenue.
  • Coordinating necessary arrangements with vendors relating to sales.
  • Ensuring all documents produced by the Sales Department (i.e. BEO’s, contracts, rooming lists,
  • proposals) are completed accurately and on time.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material are available at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least Bachelor degree in Business Administrative.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Good working knowledge of applicant of Microsoft software, SMILE software.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the travel industry.
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Willing to travel.
