• Manages all F&B day-to-day operations within budget guidelines;
• Ensures the highest standard of services provided to guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets;
• Ensures that all functions, events and banquets organized at the Resort are of the highest standards and exceed guests' expectation;
• Conveys the resort's image and atmosphere by providing a warm and friendly welcome, being available and frequently visible in the resort;
• Manages and motivates the team in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B services;
• Improves the total department's results by increasing sales through effective local marketing and strict cost controls;
• Designs exceptional menus, creative events and continuously makes necessary improvements;
• Identifies customer need and responds proactively to all of their concerns;
• Reports to management regarding F&B sales and productivity;
• Ensures that high standard of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all food and beverage outlets at all times;
• Effectively communicates with team members. Encourages the development of team to achieve their highest potential. Be an inspiration to all the resort’s team to achieve luxury levels of performance;
• Attends all scheduled meetings and contributes actively with proper preparation;
• Interacts in a positive way with other departments to ensure a luxury guest experience;
• Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations;

At least 4- year experience in same position at 4 or 5 star resorts
