Welcoming customers:

• Greet customers warmly and create a good first impression.
• Ask about customers' needs and introduce the space of the store professionally.

Consulting and selling:

• Have a good understanding of the company's products and services.
• Advise customers on choosing the right products for their needs and preferences.
• Answer customer questions in a professional and effective way.
• Promote the company's products and services in a persuasive way.
• Encourage cross-selling of other products and services.

Inventory management:

• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure quantity and quality.
• Report inventory status to management as required.

Cashier:

• Collect payments from customers accurately and quickly.
• Issue invoices and receipts to customers.
• Report daily revenue and expenses to management.

• Base salary: 10~12M+++ commission + 13th month salary.
• Weekly working hours: 45 hours
• 20 days of paid leave and 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
• Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.
• 20% discount on company products and 50% staff discount on all F&B services for your personal consumption

Educational Requirements:

• College or University graduate.
• Vocational training in sales or customer service is a plus.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales, is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.

Job-specific Skills:

• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Good organizational skills for inventory management and store maintenance.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store.
• Good-looking and presentable.
