Mô tả công việc

Make lists of potential corporate and conduct survey to discover customers actively seeking hotel services.
Build and develop relational with old customers and build the method attractive potential customer at the same time.
Achieve budgeted monthly room nights goals and average rate, both individually and for the collective sales team, as set in the annual budget.
Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
To prepare a weekly sales call plan in order to help better planning in terms of time management, sales objectives and who we want to see.
Provides feedback to Director of Sales on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition.
