Director of Sales - HCMC based

• Manage the Sales team effectively and efficiently to ensure the highest occupancy level and average rate to be made;

• Prepare and submit proposals to the Management for all Sales activities plan monthly, yearly, urgently or periodically;

• Forecast and control on Sales quantities and revenues;

• Identify the important and potential accounts based on market trends. Allocate assignments to all members based on targeting markets;

• Set the financial and non-financial objectives for each member of the team and work with them to ensure these objectives are met;

• Continually review the actual production of each account against the potential for that account. Continually review and upgrade the client base;

• Create and implement packages and promotions for periods of low occupancy;

• Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action planning.

• BA degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related fields;

• 02 year working experience at the same position in hotel city;

• In-depth knowledge of hotel city market and industry;

• Good business and have the ability to motivate the team;

• Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential;

• High sense of responsibility, focus on solutions and results;

• Have positive and can-do attitude;

• Excellent oral and written English communication.
