Mô tả công việc

Identify, target, and secure corporate business opportunities to drive room revenue and market share.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and travel managers at corporate companies, both local and international.

Manage the corporate RFP (Request for Proposal) process annually and negotiate volume-based contracts.

Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and client entertainment to retain and grow key accounts.

Coordinate with the Revenue, Reservations, and Front Office teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and business results.

Ensure accurate data input into CRM and hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).

Represent the hotel at corporate networking events, trade shows, and roadshows

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Deep understanding of OTA platforms, channel managers (e.g., SiteMinder, RateGain), and booking engines.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance metrics.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant e-commerce tools.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
