IT Executive - Nhân viên Công nghệ Thông tin

• Provide first-level support to users and hotel guests for all internal hotel IT systems, minimizing any system outages.

• To assist the IT Manager in all stages of the day-to-day operation of the hotel

• Maintain a complete record of the systems-related inventory.

• Installing, troubleshooting, testing, and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications; Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;

• Responsible for smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems – PMS/POS/IPTV, Telephony systems, Wifi Systems, CCTV, and other software as required.

• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues; Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;

• To train end users for correct usage of IT systems and equipment and provide confidence for daily operational needs.

• Perform routine IT maintenance, security checks, and system updates.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Proven working experience in handling Microsoft Windows workstation hardware and software.

• Knowledgeable in IT related Business domain environment

• Experienced setup and troubleshooting for Wifi, CCTV, and PABX systems.

• Experience with hotel applications such as Smile preferred.

• Able to interact and communicate with all levels of end users

• Organized and able to prioritize technical service requests.

• Ability to independently diagnose technical problems and quickly find solutions.

• Good analytical and collaborative skills to carry out IT audit across multiple platforms with cross-functional leaders

• Able to work shifts/weekends as required.
