Job Summary:

As a Bar Supervisor at NOX Beach Club within New World Hoiana Beach Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing inventory, and leading a team of bartenders. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of NOX Beach Club and delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Bar Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of NOX Beach Club bar, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver high-quality service and uphold the resort's brand standards.

Customer Service Excellence: Interact with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Inventory Management: Manage bar inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, place orders for supplies, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop innovative and enticing drink menus that reflect NOX Beach Club's ambiance and guest preferences.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations, as well as resort policies and procedures.

Financial Management: Monitor sales, control costs, and maximize revenue through effective pricing strategies and upselling techniques.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for bar staff on product knowledge, service standards, and upselling techniques to enhance their skills and performance.

Guest Relations: Address guest feedback, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations.

Event Coordination: Coordinate and oversee special events, parties, and promotions at NOX Beach Club, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a bartender or bar supervisor in a high-end beach club, hotel, or resort setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

In-depth knowledge of beverage trends, cocktails, and mixology techniques.

Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) preferred.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese or other languages is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certification or diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred.
