Mô tả công việc

• Be a hands-on supervisor whilst ensuring the team delivers a high standard of service for all Talents.

• Provide a smooth service at our preparation, ensuring food quality is upheld.

• Experience with cooking delicious, healthy food, MSGless

• Ensure that all food is prepared and stored in accordance with correct food handling and hygiene procedures.

• Provide, encourage, and promote exceptional Talent’s service.

• Ensure compliance with workplace Health and Safety practices within the Wafaifo.

• Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum.

• Supervise, train, and provide instructions to the overall Canteen's talents team.

• Accepting and receiving deliveries with Standard of Wafaifo.

• Ability to lead from the front and take ownership.

• Previous Supervisory experience in a food environment

• Computer literate as we have online ordering systems.

• Communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to relate to a wide range of people.

• Maintain a professional, patient outlook throughout busy service periods.

• Be a team player and willing to jump into all areas.

• Enhancing our positive workplace culture by displaying high levels of customer service, contributing ideas and being flexible to meet the needs of improved work environments at Wafaifo.
