Mô tả công việc
- Manage and oversee all spa operations, including treatments, reception, and retail
- Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Lead, train, and supervise spa staff
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and products
