Mô tả công việc

Prepare all administration documents required by Sales team;
Maintain complete and support records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel;
Entertain and conduct hotel inspections to clients as per required;
Liaise and work closely with the related operation departments to ensure guest's request and expectations are met;
Prepare, compile and distribute the weekly & monthly reports in a timely manner;
Assist Sales team to follow up on all matter in the absence;
Other responsibilities will be assigned by Director of Sales.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related field preferred;
Excellent communication in English - writing & speaking;
Strong organization skill;
Responsible, honest and careful.
