Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communications plan and media relations strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Build strong relationships and foster cross-team collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely and smooth execution of marketing plans.
• Manage online channels including timely, accurate updates and engaging content on social media and brand websites.
• Work closely with the in-house creative to oversee the development and production of marketing and promotional collaterals including menus, EDMs, posters, sales tools (brochures, presentations) for events and weddings.
• Work directly with external resources such as freelancers and marketing agencies to create content for digital platforms and media relations strategy for each respective brand.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns using content library to increase traffic and sales opportunities.
• Monitor and share campaign plans with the operations team and other departments on a regular basis to ensure cohesiveness to produce effective strategies.
• Identify potential markets, propose and facilitate partnerships, sponsorships and events that support business objectives events.
• Lead market research to assess viability of current and existing products/services and establish beneficial pricing strategies for takeaway/gifting products, and promotions.
• Ensure information and content on owned and external channels are accurate, up-to-date and align with brand guidelines.
• Measure, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing and media relations efforts; ROI on marketing and PR spend; key performance indicators, which include media impressions, share of voice on owned and earned channels.

General requirements:
• At least four to five years of working experience in a marketing, communications or brand roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build narratives and deliver quality communications at short notice.
• Able to turn data into insights to fuel sales through communication.
• Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to a variety of writing styles.
• Positive and get-it-done attitude with a willingness to pivot quickly to changes.
• Experience with platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager preferred.
• Good to have experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Being bilingual would be preferred, with a high proficiency in English and working proficiency in Mandarin and/or additional languages.
