• Perform duties as directed by General Manager and Resort Manager
• Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming guidelines.
• Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applications.
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate people according to their needs.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
• Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
• Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
• Previous experience as receptionist in hotels/restaurants is preferred.
• Able to contributes to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
• Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to General Manager, Resort Manager and HOD’s for the general improvement of the resort.
• Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures so he/she can inform the guest.
• Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the resort is represented.
• Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience at similar positions at Luxury brands.
• Fluent in English communications.
• A Bachelor’s degree required.
• Hospitality or Administration Management degree from a recognized College preferred.
