Mô tả công việc

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and guest registration
Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure that all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently
Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Generate and track front desk reports
Implement and maintain front desk policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Represent the hotel in a professional and courteous manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
5+ years of experience in a hotel front desk or guest services management role
Proven ability to manage and supervise staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English and another language is a plus
