• Represent the restaurant at industry events and functions
• Stay up-to-date on culinary trends and best practices
• Conduct regular tastings and menu reviews
• Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques
• Oversee the ordering and purchasing of food and supplies
• Manage the kitchen inventory
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

• 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a fine dining restaurant
  
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to create and execute innovative menus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is a plus
