• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge, including guest service, food and beverage preparation, and ambiance
  
• Manage and supervise a team of lounge staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Create and implement creative and innovative menus that align with the lounge's concept and target market
• Control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests to the lounge
• Ensure that the lounge is always clean, presentable, and well-maintained
• Represent the lounge at industry events and functions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Conduct regular tastings and menu reviews
• Develop and implement new recipes and beverage offerings
• Oversee the ordering and purchasing of food and beverage supplies
• Manage the lounge inventory
• Ensure that all lounge equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  
• 2+ years of experience in a high-end lounge or bar setting
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of lounge staff
• Strong culinary and beverage skills
• Ability to create and execute innovative menus and beverage programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is a plus
