- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to food safety regulations and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Maintain food quality and standards:
- Oversee food preparation and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards
- Monitor food storage and handling practices to prevent foodborne illnesses
- Conduct regular food tastings and menu reviews
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Handle customer interactions with a positive and friendly demeanor
- Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and create a memorable dining experience
- Track food and beverage costs to minimize expenses and maximize profitability
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze revenue trends
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies
- Stay up-to-date on all applicable health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular sanitation checks and maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant environment
- Train staff on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Foster a team-oriented and collaborative atmosphere among staff members
- Motivate and encourage staff to perform their best
- Address workplace conflicts and resolve issues promptly and fairly

Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of restaurant staff
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is a plus
