• Clean and maintain guest rooms: Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, replenishing toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces.
  
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and damage: Inspect rooms upon departure to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards and identify any maintenance issues.
• Replenish guest room supplies: Replenish guest room supplies, such as towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea, as needed.
• Maintain common areas: Keep common areas, such as hallways, stairwells, and elevators, clean and tidy.
• Report maintenance issues: Promptly report any maintenance issues in guest rooms or common areas to the appropriate department.
• Handle guest requests: Assist guests with their requests, such as providing additional towels, directions, or information about hotel amenities.
• Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, using personal protective equipment, and reporting any safety hazards.
• Uphold hotel standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service, reflecting the hotel's brand reputation.

• High school diploma or equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  
• Previous housekeeping experience: Have at least 1 year of experience working in a housekeeping or hospitality setting.
