• Follow all events standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting hotel tours, planning events, creating BEOs, event execution and after-event follow-up:
  
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads;Phần tích xu hướng thị trường và hoạt động của đổi thủ cạnh tranh để xác định khách hàng tiềm năng;
  
• Seek and develop potential accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase
  
• Undertake sales and telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities where required
  
• Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales
  
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of Director of Sales, Associate Director of Sales and Sales Managers, including appointments, calls made and business leads;
  
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner;
  
• Attend training and meetings when required;
  
• Bi-annually review personal development plan with Director of Sales for future opportunities;
  
• Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management
