Lead and manage daily operation of FB Department

Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue.

Prepare weekly or monthly activity and production reports.

Recommend and coordinate deployment of any promotions as may be necessary.

Train, supervise and conduct reviews of the Supervisor/staff position.

Personalize Guest Experiences/ Guest Review

Drive Revenue & maximize Profits

Establish and maintain Product & Service Standards

Synergize activities and communication within the Department

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Business Administration Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related major

• Minimum three years of experience (3) and two years of experience (2) in the hospitality industry

• Priority is given to candidates having worked in a similar position for international hotels/resorts and can start as soon as possible

• Fluency in English

• Good computer skills

• Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.

• Pride and attention to detail.

• Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
