Job brief
We are looking for candidates that are organized, have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to exceed guest expectations. Events Administrator responsibilities include prospecting, client management, group and event bookings and able to organize all details of the events into a clear and efficient event order for the operations department to execute.
Responsibilities
• Show enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge about our products and venues to enhance your performance in event sales.
• Utilize your unique style and personality to boost sales and establish strong connections with clients.
• Contribute to and embrace our sales culture, striving to meet your sales targets while upholding high standards and productivity.
• Consistently exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with our office administration team to manage client invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate with relevant vendors to fulfil event requirements.
• Thoroughly document clients' needs that align with the event's scope and objectives.
• Supervise ongoing arrangements, preparations, and any necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
• Promptly resolve any issues that may arise during an event without disrupting the occasion.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Proficient in English, written and communication
• Minimum 1 year’ experience in Hospitality, F&B or Events / Wedding coordination industry
• Target driven with a proven sales ability
• Possess strong interpersonal skill, result-oriented, ability to multi-task with strong planning and organisational skills
• Works well under pressure especially with time constraints and dealing with unplanned circumstances during events
• Able to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
• Strong team player and a problem solver
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and PH
