HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

• Propose the organizational structure and management approach of the company's HR apparatus. Manage and oversee the work of employees in the HR department to ensure the department's objectives, functions, and duties are fulfilled.
• Build and develop the HR & Administration team.
• Formulate HR strategies and recruitment plans aligned with the company's development needs.
• Periodically plan for recruitment, training, and human resource development for the business.
• Develop policies on salary, bonuses, welfare, and employee benefits.
• Prepare the HR budget.
• Direct and manage administrative and human resources operations within the company.
• Establish labor regulations, collective labor agreements, systems of procedures, processes, and policies, and supervise compliance with these regulations.
• Build and promote corporate culture.
• Coordinate with department heads to develop employee evaluation criteria and career development programs.
• Coordinate with the accounting department to handle payroll, bonuses, and insurance for employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields
• Experience: 4 – 6 years of experience in a similar position. Candidates with experience in the tourism and hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Proficiency in HR management software
• Language: Fluent in English
