POSITION OVERVIEW:

 Building brand awareness

 Manage and implement hotels marketing & promotion for both online and offline channel.

 Manage the Marketing & Communications Activities in an efficient manner and with a high level of professionalism.

 Monitor promotions, and social media programmes and activities

 Involve managing various communication channels and marketing initiatites to attract guest, build brand loyalty and maintain positive reputation.

 Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes to maintain customer loyalty.

 Implement new business collaboration initiatives and assist on partnerships with freelancers and agencies.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS:

 A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

 Knowledge of Online Marketing (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing,…)

 Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing

 Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving

 Awareness of Marketing Trends and skilled in media tactics

 Good English & Vietnamese Skills

 Proficient in standard office equipmentand softwards.
