Mô tả công việc

• Ensure effectiveness of day to day operation of the engineering department and assigned projects.

• Plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations.

• Carry out continuous inspections to ensure the highest level of guest comfort is maintained and that all services are in proper working condition.

• Acts as a Project Manager between hotel and outside contractors or technical services on major projects.

• Monitor energy usage, make energy consumption statistics and impose energy-saving measures.

• Implement a department training program to ensure that all of the engineering staff possess the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 5 years of working experience as Chief Engineer in hotel/ resort.

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• Good command in English, both verbal and written.

• Strong result-oriented, people management and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and execution of work.

• Diligence, self-motivation and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
