Mô tả công việc
Clean and service guest rooms and suites, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and thorough cleaning of bathrooms, floors, and surfaces
Restock and organize room supplies, such as towels, linens, and cleaning products
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are well-maintained and stored properly
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies
Assist with deep cleaning and special projects, such as turning over rooms for new arrivals
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security protocols within the housekeeping department
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve daily cleaning goals and targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests
Provide feedback to the Housekeeping Supervisor on areas for improvement
Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in a hotel or hospitality cleaning/housekeeping role preferred
Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and instructions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
