Mô tả công việc
- Process all guest check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room and activating room key;
- Process all payment types such as room charges by cash, checks and debit/credit card;
- Process all guest check-out including resolving any late and disputed charges;
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room for check-in;
- Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received;
- Attended to guest's complaint, inquiries and requests, referees problems to higher levels;
- Run daily reports, identify any special requests;
- Other tasks are assigned by Front Office Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred;
- Fluent in English is a must;
- Strong organization skill;
- Responsible, honest and careful.
