• To direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Security Department.

• To guarantee the safety of all the guests, connectors and hotel property

• Establishes standard operation and procedures for Security Department

• Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures are coordinate with Engineering regarding safety

• Be responsible for formulating the departmental plan and supervise it to be followed up

• Has a global view of all the hotel’s safety and security needs

• Organizes and checks connectors’ work

• Ensures that the team provides a high standard of service

An Assistant Security Manager must have a minimum of at least 2 years of college with specialty, experience or training in law enforcement medical training, firefighting, military or business management.
Must have a high school diploma
3 years’ experience in a security function, preferably in a supervisory function.
