Position Summary: The Host Manager is tasked with leading the host team to ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service while also contributing to the club's marketing and promotional efforts. This role combines hospitality management with elements of business development, requiring a unique blend of skills in guest relations, team leadership, and marketing strategy implementation. The Host Manager will be instrumental in enhancing guest experiences, fostering loyalty, and driving repeat business through exceptional service and tailored guest engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage the host team to provide exceptional service to all guests, with a focus on personalization and high standards of hospitality.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development department to align guest service strategies with overall marketing objectives, including VIP guest management, loyalty programs, and promotional events.
- Develop and implement innovative guest service initiatives that contribute to the club’s marketing goals and enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee guest interactions, ensuring all team members maintain the club’s high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
- Manage and analyze guest feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Monitor and manage the budget for guest services and related marketing activities, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Prepare and present reports on guest service performance, marketing initiative outcomes, and guest satisfaction metrics to senior management.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or guest service management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Experience working in a marketing-focused position or closely with marketing and business development teams is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement guest service strategies that align with marketing objectives.
- Proficient in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office suite.
