About the job

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that enhance the club’s brand presence and support various marketing initiatives. This role involves working closely with the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in the gaming or hospitality industry.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email templates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the club’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the club’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Provide design support for events, promotions, and special projects as needed.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to the marketing team and other stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for printing and production of marketing materials.
  • Conduct quality checks on all design outputs to ensure high standards are maintained.

Creative Design and Production

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, create brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email templates.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts, align with the club’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders, understand design needs and deliver solutions that meet objectives.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, gather feedback and gain approval from stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple design projects, ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, oversee printing and production of marketing materials.

Brand Management

  • Maintain the club’s visual identity and brand guidelines, ensure consistency in design across all materials and channels.
  • Provide design support for events and promotions

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative concepts.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.
