Mô tả công việc
• Support the sales team in understanding and executing strategies aligned with both departmental and company goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales to update and maintain an effective sales strategy and plan.
• Actively participate in monthly sales strategy meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
• Lead on-property sales initiatives to establish and strengthen long-term, value-driven client relationships that support the hotel’s business objectives.
• Set and recommend monthly room night targets for individual sales team members.
• Join team members on sales calls to acquire new business and close sales opportunities.
• Continuously review and improve the hotel’s engagement with all sales channels, including Market Sales, Event Booking Centres, and electronic lead platforms.

Business Development & Client Engagement
• Drive new business acquisition efforts to expand market share.
• Develop and grow the corporate incentive program through direct marketing efforts and relationship-building outreach.
• Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external promotions.
• Create and distribute targeted press releases to highlight hotel events, promotions, and achievements.
• Ensure rate parity across all online channels (e.g., hotel website, OTAs, GDS) and monitor timely updates of rates and promotional content.

Team Management
• Monitor, support, and guide the daily activities of direct reports to achieve departmental goals.
• Lead training and development initiatives for the sales team to maintain high service standards and professional growth.
• Consistently uphold and promote hotel values and service standards in all internal and external interactions.
• Ensure the hotel achieves or surpasses its sales and revenue targets as budgeted.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Cluster General Manager (CGM) and Regional Director of Sales.

Local market knowledge
Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing to brand standards
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
General knowledge of contract laws
Knowledge or hotel operations including; preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and long-range planning
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing owner relationship
Able to resolve conflicts; guests, supervisor and employee
Ability to travel
