Position Summary:

The F&B Manager at the COSMO is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations and coordinating food service with the hotel. This role includes managing the bar staff, ensuring exceptional beverage service standards, liaising with the hotel's F&B department, and maintaining a guest-focused operation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bar management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to create a seamless dining and drinking experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the club's bar operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the beverage menu, including selection, inventory, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Coordinate with the hotel's F&B department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to club guests.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar and F&B service team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the bar operations, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the bar and F&B service areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote the club’s F&B offerings and drive special promotions.
  • Address and manage guest feedback related to bar and food service, making necessary operational adjustments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all F&B service areas.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to continuously improve service offerings and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on F&B operations, including financial performance and guest satisfaction metrics.
KEY FUNCTIONS

Bar Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day bar operations, manage the beverage menu, and ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Lead staff training, maintain inventory control, and optimize the bar's financial performance.
Food Service Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the hotel's F&B department for food orders and service delivery.
  • Ensure seamless integration of food service into the club's offerings, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor the bar and F&B service team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
Financial Management:
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor revenue to ensure the financial success of the bar operations.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and manage inventory to optimize profit margins.
Guest Satisfaction and Feedback Management:
  • Monitor guest feedback and make operational adjustments to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align service offerings with guest expectations and promote special events.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bar management or F&B service management, with a strong emphasis on service coordination.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage beverage menus and oversee bar operations.
  • Experience coordinating with external or partner F&B services, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in training and motivating staff.
  • Knowledge of budget management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
