Mô tả công việc
2. Ensure the high level of cleanliness in the restaurants and restaurant entrance area makes sure that it is kept in a hygienic and organized, welcome manner.
3. Ensure that cupboards and working tables / stations are kept clean at all times.
4. Record reservations and coordinates with the supervisor or his delegate in assigning tables for the group and individuals.
5. Ensure efficient and timely information about reservation to the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef, his delegate and the F&B office.
6. Welcome every person entering the restaurant immediately.
7. Inquires about assistance needed, seating preferences ( window, inside or outside etc.), guides the guest to tables , provides accurate information about the menu and special food promotions and make sure the new arrived guests are immediately recognized by the service staff .
8. Supervises, coordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages in her assigned outlet of the hotel and participates actively as required.
9. Coordinates with the Executive Chef / Sous Chef on daily menu and function in order to inform and assists the guests.
10. Checks the in house guest list and follow up on expected arrivals for the meal arrangements and special functions.
11. Follow up and check on promotional activities (theme night), decorates the restaurant if required and coordinates with the F&B office.
12. Greets every guest leaving the restaurant, inquires about the guest satisfaction and offers invitation to visit again.
13. Provides Professional feedback to the Supervisor and the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
14. Participates in service meetings and other meeting whenever is required.
15. Familiarizes herself accurately with the all other outlets and activities offers in and outside the hotel and promotes them accordingly.
16. Complies with the section guidelines and ensure the staff does as well, at all times.
17. Ensure that training take place regularly in the service and ensure the staff participates in any organized training.
18. Participates in service training and other hotel related training programmes.
19. Ensure that no food is taken form the kitchen without proper documentation or to unauthorized persons and reports immediately any irregularities to the Assistant Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef .
20. Familiarizes himself with the hotel fire, safety and security procedures.
21. Achieve and maintain high rating all times.
22. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
