Duty Manager

• Ensure smooth check in and check out, including group arrival and departure
• Ensure proper handling of cash floats and total completion of Receptionist's cashier
• closing tasks in accordance with the hotel's accounting standards, Hilton Brand Standards and the hotel's requirements
• Patrol the hotel and the property to observe service and quality levels and safety and security status to address any issues or concerns.
• Stay current with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events
• Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
• Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals with Team Members

• Previous experience managing a team
• An in-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure or service sector
• Có 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of departmental and hotel operations
• Knowledge of computers and training techniques
• Good communication skills, fluent in Vietnamese
• Ability to read, write, and speak English language to communicate effectively
• Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions
• Knowledge of various computer programs, such as Word and Excel
• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• A certificate of English (from CEFR B2 or Toeic 455 or lelts 5.0 and above)
• Fluency in other languages, Chinese, Korean, Japanese are preferable
• Property Management Systems; Opera system
