Mô tả công việc

*Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and activities to enhance team morale and satisfaction.

- Facilitate clear and effective internal communication to ensure staff are informed and aligned with company goals and updates.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide HR support as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, employee activities, and internal communication.
- Experience with the Cadena System and expatriate documentation is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
