Trưởng ca Nhà hàng Yến tiệc - Hội nghị (Banquet Captain)

- In charge of inventory of all operation equipment (glass and bar equipment).

- Defect list, maintained equipment and combined with Engineering team to fix area 3rd Floor, 14th Gia Định & Mai Sky Meeting room).

- Follow hygiene standards (control and record temperate and update expired date for items, fridge,…).

- Do BEO meetings with BQM, or notify any special department or organizer if BQM is not on shift.

- Plan and order MC, PR all kinds of bar stock.

- Take responsibility for being in charge of layout set up and handle with organizer.

- Arrangement and give assignments for all CLs and permanent staff service for function.

- Plan for training permanent staff and CLs staff.

- Solve the problem if it happens in function.

- Ensure all store and banquet offices are clean and clear.

- Check out all banquet locations after the function to ensure they are clean and clear.

- Inventory all kinds of equipment and report monthly.

- Go meeting with all the outlets and organizers if BQM is not in the shift.

- Ensure all environments of the banquet have a good smell and higher fire protection.

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
• Quite good communication in English.
