Creative Marketing Manager (Base HCMC)

1/ Orientation and management of creative fields:

• Lead, inspire and manage the design and creative team (in-house or agency) to create unique, impressive marketing publications that are consistent with the brand and attract potential customers in the market. Hospitality field.
• Build and manage the creative process, ensuring brand image and message consistency across all media channels.

2/ Develop ideas and realize concepts:

• Join the Marketing & Communications team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, events and media publications.
• Convert creative ideas into specific products such as brochures, websites, videos, social network content, advertising publications, etc., ensuring aesthetics and communication effectiveness.

3/ Project and budget management:

• Plan, manage progress and budget for creative projects, ensuring completion on deadline and within budget.
• Evaluate, analyze and report the effectiveness of creative publications against the company's overall goals.

4/ Grasp the trend: Regularly update the latest design trends, new technology, and marketing trends in the Hospitality industry to apply to your work.

• University graduate majoring in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with experience in the Hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, tourism, etc.).
• Have experience in team management.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage.
• Quickly grasp design and marketing trends.
• Effective time management and teamwork skills.
• Communicate well in English.
