Mô tả công việc

1/ Coordination of Front Office work
  • Meeting to exchange information, regular tasks at the beginning of the shift, and handover.
  • Planning and implementing the tasks of the Front Office.
  • Regularly check the dress, manners, and working attitude of the employees in the department.
  • Supervise, inspect, monitor, and evaluate the performance of employees in the department.
2/ Welcoming VIP guests, delegations, loyal guests, long-term guests
  • Make a plan to prepare for the VIP reception and ensure the preparation is done perfectly.
  • Support the staff in the department to welcome, serve, and see off VIP guests, ensuring that guests are best served.
  • Assist receptionists in welcoming delegations, loyal guests, and long-term guests, ensuring guests are always satisfied.
3/ Handling customer requests and complaints ​ ​ ​
  • Assist the staff in the department to handle difficult requests of customers, complaints that the subordinate staff cannot solve.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to best meet the requirements, and quickly resolve complaints so that guests are always satisfied.
  • Save difficult complaints and appropriate solutions to guide employees to handle when encountering similar situations.
​4/ Recruiting personnel for the department
  • Planning the recruitment of personnel and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that the department always has enough necessary personnel.
  • Directly participate in the process of interviewing and recruiting new employees.
5/ Training and retraining of employees
  • Establish professional training and retraining programs for employees.
  • Implement regular staff training
6/ Other tasks
