Sales & Marketing Coordinator

• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts).

• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Support Sales & Marketing Manager in creating campaigns, marketing materials (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).

• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.

• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).

• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Take part in high quality customer journey of the hotel.

• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.

• Take dictation of correspondence as required.

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager/Director from time to time.

• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and Word. Typing speed >40 WPM.
