- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver professional, personalized, and consistent dining experiences.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and wine service, ensuring proper service sequence, presentation, and etiquette.
- Manage wine service operations, including wine list development, wine pairing recommendations, inventory control, and proper storage.
- Advise guests on wine selections and pairings, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, beverages, wine inventory, and supplies.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely service recovery.
- Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Bar, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare work schedules, manage staffing levels, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Support revenue optimization through upselling strategies and excellent guest engagement.
- Ensure all brand standards, service procedures, and SOPs are consistently applied.
- Represent the restaurant professionally in all guest and partner interactions.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at upscale or luxury hotels and restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of wine service, wine pairing, beverage operations, and fine dining standards.
- Food and beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development and controlling inventory.
- Familiar with food and hygiene codes, policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills.
- Passion for service excellence and attention to detail.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
- Certified Sommelier / WSET Level 2 or above / Wine & Spirit Education qualification is required.
- Three years or more of restaurant, bar and/or kitchen experience. Food and beverage experience is essential
