Restaurant Manager | Quản lý Nhà hàng

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in line with Six Senses standards.
• Lead, supervise, train and motivate the restaurant team to deliver professional, personalized and consistent guest experiences.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage and wine offerings, confidently recommending dishes, wine pairings, daily specials and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive upselling.
• Ensure all service standards, SOPs, LQA requirements, food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
• Proactively engage with guests, anticipate their needs, handle special requests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and effectively, following service recovery procedures when required.
• Conduct daily briefings and regular team meetings to communicate operational updates, guest preferences, service standards and areas for improvement.
• Plan and deliver regular training and on-the-job coaching, monitor team performance and support staff development.
• Monitor and control operational costs, inventory, breakages, losses and wastage to support departmental efficiency.
• Ensure accurate billing, proper handling of guest charges and completion of all required operational records and checklists.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Bar, Purchasing, Finance and other relevant departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, outlet cleanliness, setup and readiness for service at all times.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at upscale or luxury hotels and restaurants.
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
• Certified Sommelier / WSET Level 2 or above / Wine & Spirit Education qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of wine service, wine pairing, beverage operations, and fine dining standards.
  
• Food and beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development and controlling inventory.
• Familiar with food and hygiene codes, policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills.
• Passion for service excellence and attention to detail.
