E-Commerce Executive ( Based in HCM Office)

- Manage and update the hotel’s OTA content to ensure it is accurate and engaging, while maintaining the highest content score for organic ranking purposes.

- Maintain OTA extranet accounts, including updating images, descriptions, facilities, and policies to ensure all information is up to date.

- Perform daily updates of operating rates, including open, close, and restriction setting through the Channel Manager / Distribution Platform.

- Monitor rate parity across all booking platforms and report any discrepancies.

- Conduct market research on key source markets, including flight routes, visa policies, and competitor activities.

- Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and packages across online distribution channels.

- Assist in reviewing and updating website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.

- Act as a liaison between the Reservation team and E-Commerce technical partners by submitting tickets and following up on operational issues related to OTAs, Channel Manager, and the booking engine.

- Good understanding of hotel eCommerce and the hospitality industry.

- Experience working with OTA extranets such as Book*******, Agoda, Expedia, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with Channel Manager such as SiteMinder.

- Good understanding of OTA commission structures, promotion calculations, and how various OTAs apply discounts and incentives.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of basic formulas and data organization.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support multiple properties simultaneously.

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
