Mô tả công việc

- Develop and maintain departmental standard operation procedures (SOP)

- Clarifies Employment Terms and Conditions to all new hires.

- Administration employment document and employee’s personnel file
- Support HR team in aspects of Recruitment, timekeeping aspects

- Follow up the on-board and resign process;

- Support to organize and store employees records;

- Assist HR team in introducing labor regulations, company policies and procedure to new staff ;

- Assist HR team with other HR teamwork, internal events and projects ;

- Other Admin task or HR duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

- Controls stationaries and office supplies.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification: Bachelor Hospitality Management/ Law/ Human Resources or equivalent education

· 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

· Positive attitude and good communication skills
