- Manage, lead, and motivate the housekeeping team, including assistant housekeepers, room attendants, laundry staff, and public area cleaners.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, procedures, and updates.
- Provide training and development for staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
-Plan and schedule the daily activities of the housekeeping department
- Monitor staff productivity and adjust workflows to meet peak demand.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance.
- Establish and maintain housekeeping standards according to the hotel’s policies and brand guidelines.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Track department expenditures and work within the allocated budget.
- Work closely with other hotel departments, such as maintenance, front office, and food and beverage, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
- Handle special requests, VIP guests, and group accommodations with care and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance.
- Establish and maintain housekeeping standards according to the hotel’s policies and brand guidelines.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues or concerns to the engineering department for immediate action.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Degree or diploma in hotel management or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and sanitation procedures.
- Pre-opening experiences is an advantage.
