Mô tả công việc

The Sales Manager - Proactive will manage and execute proactive sales events for ZumWhere restaurants. Reporting to the Director of Sales - Proactive, this role involves leading a team of Sales Executives to meet monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales management and event planning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies for proactive events.
Monitor sales metrics and ensure targets are met.
Identify and capture new market opportunities.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Act as the main contact for clients during event planning and execution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present sales reports to the Director of Sales - Proactive.
Use data to drive strategic decisions.

5. Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing proactive sales events, including weddings.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless event operations.
Ensure events meet ZumWhere’s quality standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
3-5 of sales management experience, pa referably in hospitality.
Proven leadership and sales track record.
Strong event planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven decision-making ability.
Strong organizational skills.
