Engineering Storekeeper/ Nhân viên Kho Kỹ thuật

• Ensure all merchandise stored under optical conditions and are ready issuing
• Đảm bảo tất cả hàng hóa được lưu trữ trong điều kiện quang học và luôn có sẵn

• Ensures that store areas are cleaned and maintained high hygienic standards
• Đảm bảo các khu vực lưu trữ được làm sạch và duy trì các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh cao

• Verifies quantities of arriving materials destined for store room, signs for same on receiving stamp
• Xác minh số lượng vật liệu đến cho phòng lưu trữ, các dấu hiệu tương tự trên tem nhận

• Maintain merchandise bin labels identifying lack item’s code, number, name, and issue until minimum and maximum stock levels
• Duy trì nhãn thùng hàng hóa xác định thiếu mặt hàng Mã, số, tên và phát hành cho đến khi mức tối thiểu và tối đa

• Record consecutive numbers on all store room requisition before giving the copy of the requisition to person accepting the goods, logs each requisition in the store room logbook and forward completed requisition to inventory clerk.
• Ghi lại các số liên tiếp trên tất cả các yêu cầu về phòng lưu trữ trước khi đưa bản sao của yêu cầu cho người nhận hàng, ghi nhật ký từng yêu cầu vào sổ nhật ký  phòng và chuyển tiếp yêu cầu cho nhân viên kiểm kê.

• Interacts and cooperates with all sub section in the store room, merchandise receiver, merchandise deliverer and with receiving clerk.
• Tương tác và hợp tác với bộ phận phụ trong phòng lưu trữ, người nhận hàng hóa, người giao hàng và với nhân viên tiếp nhận.

• Make oneself available during physical inventories taken by Finance Department.
• Sẵn sàng tham gia kiểm kê thự tế hàng tồn kho với bộ phận Kế Toán.

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire life Safety
• Có trách nhiệm giữ an toàn và an toàn cho tài sản công ty, tham gia vào bất kỳ hoạt động nào của khách sạn liên quan đến An ninh phòng cháy chữa cháy

• Ensure sufficient stock of operating for daily operation
• Đảm bảo đủ hàng hoạt động cho hoạt động hàng ngày

•  Ensure that all operational equipment is stored in an appropriate way and well maintained
• Đảm bảo tất cả các thiết bị hoạt động được lưu trữ thích hợp và được duy trì tốt

• 2-month probation period with 100% salary and full-service charge
• 5 working days per week as regulated

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
