Mô tả công việc

Assist in the hiring and recruitment process using effective sourcing techniques
Assist in organising orientation or relevant training programs for associates
Gain hands on experience in HR documentation, record tracking, and compliance.
Responsible for ensuring effective communication between employees and employer by preparing both online and offline internal communication plan
Support in other administration and employees’ activities

Education and Experience

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; 1 year experience in human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.
