PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring maximum occupancy, revenue optimization, and seamless service standards.
  • Guest Experience: Handle VIP arrivals, resolve guest complaints professionally, and monitor feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Departmental Synergy: Coordinate closely with Sales, Banquet, and other departments to ensure smooth handling of groups, tours, and corporate clients.
  • Incident & Emergency Management: Lead the response to accidents or emergencies, ensuring proper security coordination and detailed logbook documentation.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect lobby and operational areas for cleanliness, security, and adherence to company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare all required operational reports and keep senior management (FOM/EAM) informed of significant developments.

ADMINISTRATIVE & HR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Leadership: Conduct daily briefings, oversee staff training, and ensure all team members understand company standards.
  • Manpower Management: Manage duty rosters, leave requests, overtime, and disciplinary actions to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Process Improvement: Review and amend departmental systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective two-way communication between guests, staff, and other department heads to meet all deadlines and goals.

  • Education: College or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Languages: Proficient in English.
  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership with the ability to identify and solve problems professionally.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective two-way communication with guests, subordinates, and other department heads.
